The wine has the typical structure of Nuits-Saint-Georges but the tannins remain elegant and testify to the proximity of Vosne-Romanée. Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cras Aux Cras is tasty and dynamic, always with a nice balance. The flesh, very present, with its notes of juicy black fruits (blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrant) is enriched with floral (elderberry, heather) and spicy nuances. Always invigorating, the wine is animated by a saline minerality and a fresh finish (licorice, menthol).
